Go for Growth

A leading North Wales law firm is setting its sights on further growth after recording its most successful ever year.

Gamlins Law increased its revenues by over 40% in the last financial year and follows the move to a new head office at Morfa Hall in Rhyl at the start of 2022.

The increased turnover is attributed to sustained growth across several departments including commercial and commercial property, family, litigation, crime and residential conveyancing.

The firm has also grown its head count in the last 12 months from 75 to more than 80.

Ron Davison, Managing Director of Gamlins Law, said: “The success of the last financial year is due to many factors including strong demand for our full range of legal services and the continuing recruitment of talented lawyers and support staff.

“We have also invested significantly in our IT infrastructure which has been invaluable in enabling us to create a flexible, dynamic working environment for our teams and our clients.

“Some of this work had already begun before the Covid-19 pandemic but was accelerated to ensure we have the best possible systems and processes in place. This allowed us to embrace the move to hybrid working, something that is now embedded in the way we do things.

Ron added: “We have continued to accelerate our growth in the first quarter of the new financial year and are committed to investing in our existing teams, while also looking to grow in new areas where there is a client need. We will also continue to grow our links within the communities where we are based and support a range of important causes.”

In addition to its 10,500 sq. ft. HQ in Rhyl, Gamlins Law has further offices in Mold, Ruthin, Denbigh, Holywell and Abergele. It also has a sister company, HR Anchor, which provides businesses with a range of HR services, complementing the employment law offering of Gamlins Law.

The firm offers a comprehensive range of legal services including commercial, commercial and residential property, employment law, family and matrimonial, children, personal injury and clinical negligence, criminal, regulatory, litigation, inheritance tax, wills and probate.
